Sharman Quinney was my second choice when I lost my first buyers after six months of frustration and decided to go multi agent. They were very efficient, pleasant and easy to communicate with. They found the right buyer for my property quite quickly and then rang me weekly with the latest updated situation on the sale. This was very reassuring and something to look forward to each week, without me having to chase them for details of how the sale was progessing. This is a very important factor in my opinion as no news is very worrying even if the estate agent knows everything is going o.k. the customer needs to know as well on a regular basis.
