I have let properties through Rubicon for a number of years and the service has been OK. Of course you never really know how good any service provider is until you have a problem. Mine came in the form of a troublesome tenant who stopped paying the rent and had trashed the place! Jason Fox at Rubicon went out of his way to help deal with this situation and attended meetings with the tenant and kept me informed throughout the process of removing her! His service was outstanding and I thank him.
