DISGUSTING REEDS RAINS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
We had the misfortune to use Reeds Rains, Morley branch in 2015, to purchase our home. Initially things were going okay... until.. we received our valuers report,
thats when everything started to go wrong. The report raised issues that would lead to remedial repairs. I immediately contacted the branch and her attitude and manner on the phone was appalling, trying to brush it off. I had to insist that I wanted someone to go out and check the property. Anyway after weeks and weeks of calling her, emailing her, basically pestering her for news of the report, there was no sign of it, and still to this day, we never ever got that report.. mmm. where did it go i wonder!! It is a very very long story filled with issues but hence to say,she did everything she could in her power to stop us finding out things, and when we did, it was little to late!! we were backed into a corner and stood to lose the sale of our old home and lose our new home which we wanted to buy, and now we are faced with repairs costing up to £2000 which we cannot afford to do. We were treat with rudeness, attitude, and incompetence. We made offical complaints through their policies and got nowhere, as no surprise, they all closed ranks!! we then took it to the property ombudsman, which took months for a reply, just for them to say that they agreed they did not do their job correctly but said we could be awarded £100!!! what an absolute insult!! they obviously look after the agents too!!
So I now want to review them anywhere I can to warn others.
