I have been ringing the agency for the past week to confirm the collection of keys time for tomorrow as have to organise movers and be out by 12 on this council property.
The estate agents receptionist has not been forwarding my calls to the agent but has been ensuring me that I can go in to collect keys at 9am.
I get a call today, the day before the move date from the agent- so he is actually alive huh - two minutes before their closing hours at 5.30pm today. His brief message to me was that tomorrow is not going to be the likely move date as they have yet to confirm with the council which they initially said had already been sorted last week...not only that, but there could be an extra 450pound charge which when I asked previously if this fee was required they said no, which is why I was able to go forward with the property in the first place...so I pay an admin fee of 240 for them to sit on their arse and bull for them to ignore calls and lie about concerns I have... And to top it...me and my child have nowhere to go if this isn't sorted by tomorrow. Every phone call I have is recorded onto my iCloud database and I feel like flipping publishing it on Facebook to warn ppl one of which an agent is screaming abuse
