Poor customer service, untrustworthy because they did not follow my instructions, I asked that my property be kept on market when an offer was put forward in case the offer fell through. Letter from a potential buyer was sent to me saying that reeds rains had not got back to them when they requested a viewing. Manager at branch was very condescending and I feel tried to use bullying tactics.
