We have rented a house in Basingstoke, Chineham, that was maintained by Redwoods agency. The service they gave was very poor and disappointing. All the paperwork in the beginning took a very long time (much longer than in previous agencies that we came across), not to mention how unfriendly the staff was all the time. “Horrible Property management service”

I employed Redwoods to manage my 3 bed semi detached house in Chineham, while I was away from the country. My experience with them was horrible from the beginning. My property was on the market for over a month and every time I spoke to them they asked me to reduce the rent, in the end we rented out the property for £800/m. £100 less then the rent we received for the same property a year ago with a different very small agency.
