We have rented a house in Basingstoke, Chineham, that was maintained by Redwoods agency. The service they gave was very poor and disappointing.
All the paperwork in the beginning took a very long time (much longer than in previous agencies that we came across), not to mention how unfriendly the staff was all the time. Everything was done in a very messy way eg our names and house address had spelling mistakes in few documents.
Every time we needed to contact them (and we tried to limit it as much as we could) - we talked to a different person who made the impression as if they have just been employed and didn't know anything about the property.
The real nightmare was when the boiler broke down and we were left with no central heating nor hot water for 3 weeks before they managed to arrange someone to come and fix it. Dealing with them was very painful and difficult. Also, in the end of our tenancy, we had serious problems to get our deposit back. I'm glad we have moved out and hope not to see them again in my life.
Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Avoid if you can.
