Profile Homes are definitely the best estate agents I've ever come across - they are extremely efficient & professional at selling properties and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. During the process of selling our house, they kept us informed of progress and were very helpful with sorting out problems. The presentation of our property on their website was superb, the details were very comprehensive (unlike some other agents we've come across who omit important details such as whether the property has central heating, double glazing, etc) with plenty of photos giving an excellent impression of the whole property. All in all, very happy with the company & would definitely use them again.

I am glad I ignored the previous reviews and relied upon my own judgement. The presentation of properties on the web site is superb and after meeting them to discuss their appointment to sell our home, I was sure they would provide a great service. My faith was justified with a good number of viewings, interest and offers in a short space of time. Another, welcome aspect of their service has been their filtering out of time wasters, from serious purchasers. Their checking up on prospective purchasers, meant not only were we spared this nuisance but (if for example my wife had to conduct a viewing on her own) she could be more confident with the identity of the people viewing. A further nice touch is that throughout the selling process we have been kept up to date, without any need for chasing. Without doubt the most efficient, reliable and courteous firm of Estate Agents I have ever dealt with - being house move number 19, I have dealt with a considerable number over the years.

I am a wealthy business man with an excess of money to buy a prestige property in Wales, and have never met such an obnoxious and arrogant Estate Agent that clearly has personal issues that are clouding his contractual mresponsibilities to his clients, I would not employ this man to sell a rusty old pram. He is a disgrace to the business and an obstruction to peoples futures

I'm not really sure why these people are still in business. Over the last 8 years, I have moved house a couple of times. I live in Wales and prefer a rural setting with a couple of acres. Profile Homes say they specialise in just such properties (along with equestrian, country houses, rural business, stock farms, eco-business, period homes,.........apparently everything, ha!) The problem is that they rarely seem to get new properties to sell. Every time I check the website, it is the same old rubbish. A few of the properties have been on the site for nearly 3 years!! Why bother? Obviously, potential vendors also think they are a waste of time. The few properties they DO have advertised just seem to hang around for ever. It appears they are not well thought of in the industry (see the other review here!!) Bottom line - if you want to sell your property (or buy one, for that matter!) use a good, professional company with UK-wide coverage. Rural Scene is the best out there.They are brilliant.

Caught them out 'baiting the trap' with property wanted ads on their website. I responded with a property to sell and discovered their technique appears to be to try hook you with the ad, then try to get you to sign an unnecessary Sole Selling Rights Agreement........ you are then stuffed. There is no reason for this if they are genuine. As an ex estate agent myself, I challenged them on this and after a swift rebuttle proceeded to receive 'prickly' then abusive and threatening emails from Les Probert whom I assume is the owner. To him I say again SHAME ON YOU for bringing the industry into disrepute, and to a prospective client, steer well clear. You have been warned.
