Avoid, avoid, avoid. All the persons espeially The lead manager are exceptionally rude, and do make every effort to be unfair. Window was cleaned 5 days before, but charged again. Same with carpets. When talking to them, they avoid showing the least amount of respect, which is really would be just a matter of common manner. Cant mention anything what I liked.

Don't rent from this lot. If you do ensure you stop paying rent at the end of the tenancy; it's the only way you will see your deposit. Radiator doesn't work - description on;y said it existed, not worked. Shelves falling down - nothing to do with us, fitted by previous tenant. Damp - turn the central heating up; oh you haven't got any ha ha. What did we like about them; can't think of anything.
