“Terrible customer service”

We used Merrick Binch to let out a property. They completely failed to act upon any of our instructions, never returned calls or actually tried to manage the property despite being very happy to take the money to do this. You can get better service elsewhere for not much extra cost and it will definitely cost you more in time and frustration using this lot.
