“Rude and lackadaisical attitude”

Well, my friends and I found a house which is really ideal for us. Merrick Binch is supposed to be the middleman in our contract with the landlord. Their service is slow and annoying. They don't care to update you with information...currently I'm still in the hang whether they will contact me about the information for our new house.

We paid them '400pounds' just for some 'processing fee' which is pure stupid.
Their service sucks..

That's all I can say.
