As many comments here: awful agency. Ignore our emails, or say they contact their contractors but then you never hear from them and the issue remains unsolved. Really expensive fees as well and pretty rude staff. A shame since the flat I'm renting is pretty good but any issue I've had with it got worse. Incompetent staff (mistakes in their emails such as: wrong address for the flat, wrong date when end of contract, or say they do stuff in "due time" while it took them months to send me back some paperwork). *Avoid at all cost* Tried to contact the parent agency several time but they simply ignored me... so it's pretty hard to get the word out there that they are terrible letting agents!
