5 weeks and 2 days have passed and we still do not have a working washing machine. Constant lies, and absolutely disgusting customer service. They do not care and they do not help. Even after we had a flood in our flat 2 weeks after that and NOTHING was done. 2 emails to the CEO and he doesn't even reply!
I can't express how much I urge you to stay away from them!
