Most unprofessional company I've ever had dealings with

I suggest you avoid Martin & Co at all costs. We rented through them and found the manager on our garden, peering through the window!! They also entered the property without our permission and we found this out because of the muddy footprints left on the carpet. We went with no hot water downstairs for over 2 weeks even though we phoned to report this several times. And to top it off we left a light fitting when we finally moved out. We called the office the next day to let them know and they told us that when somebody enters the property they would get the light fitting for us. After 6 phone calls and 2 visits to the office, the manager finally phoned is and said, 'the light fitting is not there, What do u want me to do about it' and then hung up the phone before we had chance to speak. This was the manager!!!

The landlord we rent from now told us he used to use Martin & Co to rent out his property's but he ditched them because they were keeping the tennants deposits to get carpets professionally cleaned but then failing to actually get the carpets cleaned. This is theft if you ask me. Just be very careful and no your rights if you ever use this extremely unprofessional company.
