Kirsty is my managing agent for my property in London and I cannot speak more highly of her service and professionalism. Her replies are prompt and always addresses any issues raised in the best way possible. If Kirsty herself cannot provide an answer straight away, she will find out or refer me to the person who can. She is polite and courteous and approachable. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a managing agent!
