Currently going through a purchase through this agent. Extremly casual approach, no customer empathy, lack of transparency, the senior management needs to seriously consider some customer management courses for its field staff. I would avoid at all costs. (read more)

I don't normally write reviews for estate agents but I was so impressed with Lords's service - the team in the Kingston office have such great local knowledge and are very honest with their advice!
