Have used lettingaproperty.com before with great success and they are still as professional as ever. Obviously it is down to the Landlord to provide good descriptions and photographs for rightmove (which it is well worth spending time on). The response was amazing and my mobile chirped to the sound of their texts endlessly. Good value service with variety of options for advertising and management. Courteous and professional when dealing with them over the phone. Ordered advertising sign from them but not impressed with value or quality, particularly as it needed putting onto a post and was not particularly heavy duty or heard wearing. With respect to our reference checks; we do carry out a comprehensive employment reference, Credit check, Affordability check and previous Landlord reference as quickly as we can for a tenant fee of £75 + vat.
We believe referencing is essential, our prices are competitive and tenants are becoming increasingly aware that finding a property through the services of a Nationwide Online letting Agency is far more cost effective than the fees being charged by the High Street Agents.

I have never liked using high street letting agents. My one and only experience was an inflated asking rent to get instructions and this deterred applicants. The details that we wrote and pictures we took of the poperty were posted fast onto rightmove (and the other property websites) and we had a number of people wanting the property.
