Being new to letting property I found plenty of useful advice on this website and decided to promote my property using Letting a Property's bronze package. Within a few days of being live on Rightmove we had 2 potential tenants who looked at the property. Both decided that they would like to rent it, however the first to view has agreed to let it. LAP carried out the tenant's references very promptly and he moves in to the property imminently. the whole process has gone smoothly.The website was easy to use and to upload photos and edit wording.
I would use LAP again in order to find a tenant as it allows the property good exposure on well used websites.
