DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE WESTERN ROAD BRANCH IN BRIGHTON - they have held £510 and they confirmed via email over three weeks ago that they would return my holding deposit and after many calls and calls to head office they have not returned my money! They said it would be done by CHAP today and they still haven't returned my money! They keep apologising but do nothing about returning it! I assume they just hold on to it for interest purposes or they just are completely incompetent! Absolutely fed up and I think they are completely an unprofessional company!
