We have been trying to purchase a property, whereby the sellers have decided to sell through HouseNetwork. At the beginning, there didn't seem to be any issues, the agent Ashley was pro-actively calling us to see if we were interested. However, it has been 3 months since we put down our offer, and trying to get through is like drawing blood from a stone. He is now actively not taking calls and putting us on indefinite hold. When we finally do get through (he never calls us by the way) we get the same recycled response.

Overall, I have found them to be poor and unprofessional
