would suggest that everybody completely avoids the conveyancing service branch of the housenetwork. We are in the process of trying to buy a property through the housenetwork and are having massive problems. the vendor to the property is using them as estate agents and conveyancer. to be fair the E/A side of the company have been fine and done everything I would expect of them, however the conveyancers at the housenetwork are nothing short of atrocious! I instructed our solicitors 5 weeks ago who sent enquires and management questionnaire, etc etc, the next day. we still havent received a single thing from them, no tell a lie we have received page 1 3 5 & 7 of the lease. according to the vendor she has sent all the requested documents to them 3 weeks ago. we have been on the phone everyday for 2 weeks asking the vendor to get them to email, fax or even post the enquiries, managing agents questionnaire and lease to our solicitor. despite them having these document they just wont send them which has resulted in us missing the first time buyers stamp duty holiday. it seems that the e/a and convayencing branches of the housenetwork have very limited communication. the girl at the e/a dealing with us only seems to be able to leave messages and cant explain to us or the vendor why they just wont send the information. Its been going on for weeks and is going to cost us thousands, with no explanation what so ever. honestly, I wouldn't advise anyone to go near them. Absolutely terrible!
