I was initially rather cautious about the idea of using House Network but in fact it has been a very positive experience indeed. I found the whole process very professional and efficient. When looking for my purchase I had experienced viewings with traditional agents who knew nothing about the property they were showing, so I was therefore keen to conduct the viewings of my own house. I also liked being able to write and edit the description of my house via the members area of the website. My agent always answered tickets or calls promptly. My house was on the market the day after the (excellent) photos were taken and it was sold after only 3 viewings (twice over, we went to final bids) within two weeks for over the asking price. I paid for the House Network All-Inclusive Package up front and have saved thousands of pounds while getting a better service than offered by the conventional high street agents (who charge a 2% commission around here).

I also used House Network Conveyancing for the legal side of my sale and purchase, and have been very pleased indeed with their service. My case handler was upbeat, speedy and very proactive and available to me by phone, email and text. As much as possible was done online in a well laid out and easy to use website. We exchanged contracts in just over 5 weeks from offer acceptance, despite the fact that there were 5 public holidays during that period. I would definitely recommend House Network, and use them again if I move (which I hope won't be for a while!).
