I can sincerely say, the future is online estate agency. Not only did I receive a swift and professional service throughout, they were easy to deal with and utilised all the latest technology to gather information about statistics and most of all attract buyers that are quality genuine interested buyers.

What I found was buyers that are actively seeking the properties do use the internet and know what they want, hence the reason we sold on the first viewing day. We received 3 offers dispite the postcode being "unfashionable", which shows that rather than the old fashion method of estate agents dragging people to viewings, only interested buyers will seek your property. Plus we got our asking price! We saved thousands and also enjoyed their recommended conveyancer who was also equally top on customer service. I will be recommending Hatched to all my friends for sure!
