I was selling a vacant property through Hatched and paid upfront to have the property listed on Rightmove etc. After 3 months of no viewings or communication from Hatched I signed with another agent who had people through the door straight away, I had to contact Hatched on numerous occasions to ask for statistic reports from Rightmove which should of been automatically sent to me and when eventually Hatched had set up two viewings of the property both viewers didn't arrive and I was not given contact numbers for them and their Hatched offices were closed so I was unable to ask them to chase. Thankfully since signing on with a high street EA I have had numerous viewings on the property and offers and the property is now sold. I feel that once you have paid your initial fee upfront apart from listing your property on Rightmove etc Hatched do not seem to value you as a client and you are left to your own devises. I have paid more for EA fees but they got the people through the door and had the house sold which is the main objective.
