My experience with Haarts was overall very positive. The fact that I couldn't be physically around (moved to Ireland) wasn't an issue at all. I was always taken care of and well informed. Your agency dealt with all queries quickly and to my full appreciation.
The staff was always very friendly and helpful. For example, I've left some documents for the buyer in the property and these were requested by my solicitor. My handler with the agency went to the property, got the documents and faxed it to my solicitors (very much appreciated).
