Haarts, Newport After initially being impressed by the sales patter I became concerned that they wouldnt send me a copy of the Terms & Conditions but wanting to get the house sold I signed blind the agreement that they sent me but emailed stipulating it was for the 16 week period after which I would be letting the house out if it hadnt sold. However, after nearly a week of trying to get any information from them I sent in my Notice of Cancellation on the 7th day and received a confirmation this was received but said office was not back until the following day. I emailed to say that I wanted my keys handed over to a friend who duly went them and was told he couldnt have them. I emailed again telling them in no uncertain terms to hand over my keys as they were no longer my agents, when my friend went back that same afternoon they couldnt find the keys but lo and behold on the Monday there was my house being advertised on their website and two emails telling me they had experienced IT problems and that their engineers had been working on it to resolve the issues and they were sorry but could they try again. I said no in no uncertain terms but obviously they dont like the word no. I am now in the process of changing my locks and have notified my solicitor in advance having read through the 86 reviews here. To anyone looking at these reviews - dont use Haarts I have only had two weeks worth of experience and it is already apparent they are useless. I intend to submit my bill for the change of the locks and my terms & conditions and see how they like it.
