If you are thinking of selling your home through Haart then please be aware if your home is not sold and you end your contact then you will be charged a marketing fee of £150 plus vat.

The Haart sales person will not mentioned this fee and if you complain at a later date then as it is written in contract you are liable, your word against theirs.

My advice is to use a Estate Agent which does not charge for not selling your home
