Rude, ignorant, late, uncaring, cold, awful. All in all I have bought 15 houses in the UK in the last 20 years and I can honestly say that this was by far the worst transaction I have ever encountered. This was not because of the solicitors but purely and simply because of the horrendous attitude that EVERY SINGLE member of staff had in this office whenever I approached them. One day they will get their come-uppance! My advice if you are looking to buy or sell in Plymouth? STAY CLEAR OF THE MUTLEY PLAIN BRANCH AT ALL COSTS
