where should i start from? having been left for more than 40 days without mattress? or over 50 days without shower and without washing machine? or without a functioning door bell for the whole 2 years tenancy?or from endless unreturned calls? or from rude and arrogant members of staff, complaining i had called the wrong number after i got no reply from them for ages ?
if you want peace of mind this is the last letting agency you should consider. also be aware, there are many hidden costs at the end of the tenancy,so you may say good bye to almost all your deposit once it is in their hands.
