Many thanks to the person we spoke for her patient and professional manner and for liaising with all those involved in the purchase of our new home. She has been a valuable ally in this process!

As purchasers we were not paymasters of ExpressEA and from our ‘outside’ perspective the business model used does not seem particularly effective in the early stages highlighting the issues of accessibility, continuity and lack of person to person contact.

But we got there in the end and are delighted with the outcome.
