I wasn't too impressed with the service speaking as a seller and didn't end up going with Express to sell my house. However, I bought my new house through Express and I have to say that the person I dealt with has been excellent in the sales progression team. She kept me up to date all the way through the process and was invaluable chasing solicitors and making sure everyone had all the information. Very impressed with the service (in comparison to my own estate agents who did very little).
