“house sale”

Sale was agreed quickly but did not reach above asking price although advertised as offers above. Thi resulted in a loss. The negotiator did negotiaye up to asking price. We had a cash buyer and although the sales chaser was approachable the delay in confirming the buyers finances became protracted prior to excahnge and could have been pursued more assertively on our behalf. However we are happy now to have moved.
