Be aware! Do not use these agents unless you are willing to:-
Have poorly printed sales particulars
Have people not turn up to view as they hadnt been given directions
Drop the price your house is up for sale for within weeks of first advertising with them
Always have to leave a message when you ring them
Pay all their marketing costs if your house isnt sold and you dont want them to carry on marketing your house at the end of their 20 weeks contract! These costs start clocking up the minute they come to take photos and look around your house and will include charges for emailing each person your details, photographs,advertising and brochures.
The longer you are on the market with them, the more you will have to pay them!
Read the small print on their contract before you sign as they wont draw your attention to it!!!!
If we had known this before, we wouldnt have used them!!!!
