“BE VERY CAREFUL!!”

I am not saying where I am from because I am thinking of taking legal action. I asked them what their fee was, the rep told me £3,000 plus vat to sell my small terrace house. I told them everyone else was charging £1,200 plus vat. The rep immediately drop the price to £1,200 plus vat. The beginning of last year I put my property on the market with Entwistle Green. “Renting couldn't be easier”

We have had disasters in the past when renting, maintenance issues dragging on for weeks on end, rude customer service and a constant increase in the rent. Not at Entwistle Green Blackpool. Entwistle Green Blackpool offer a great service, not only when searching and renting the propety, but they offer a fantastic after service too and deal with any matters in a very friendly and timely manner. After several bad experiences, I found Entwistle Green, Blackpool who have offered me a great service both in finding tenants and then continuing this with their follow up service during the tenancy itself. I would'nt hestitate to recommend them. They take the pressure out of letting property to allow me to concentrate on my other commitments.

We have rented our properties out for a number of years through Entwistle Green Blackpool and have found the staff to be helpfull and poliet, each new let has gone through quickly moving in quality tenants each time, the process has alway gone smoothly from the tenants moving in to the check out being carried out professioanly and the property being left as it should at the end of the tenancy. i would highly recommend Entwistle Green as an agent as there is no contact with the tenants and... at the end of January 2012, Entwistle Green showed me a property in Blackburn where I am still (unfortunately) living. The flat to rent looked apparently fine, so I signed a 6-month tenancy contract. After a week of stay in the flat, I found the house flooded as there was a water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom never properly fixed.
