“Didn't want the business”

Called them to arrange a viewing for a property, twice. They just don't want the business.

Keep saying they'll 'call us back when they have diary available' then pretty much hang up the phone.

Bored and uninterested girl at the desk clearly has no love for what she's doing and simply couldn't care less.

Whats the point of having a service if you just don't want to give it?
