“Nightmare”

We used them to rent a flat in london, they wanted 1700 GDP, they took 1867 out of our account, and then rejected our application unless we paid 6 months rent in advance for a 12 month lease. Fine we thought, give us our money back and we move on. No, they keep 1000 GDP for processing application. So we paid 1000 GDP for nothing and have no recourse to get our money back. They are a disaster.
