By far the worst service I have ever received from a property lettings agent. After paying a deposit of just over £500 to David St James I was informed that the landlord had decided to sell rather than rent.
 
I still haven't had my deposit returned, which is well over 2 months since being promised it would be. I have noticed from reading several other reviews, I am not the only person this has happened to.
 
What is even more infuriating and unprofessional, is that there is no way of speaking to anyone regarding this other than by email. I have sent countless emails only to receive vague responses that they are looking into it.
 
Extremely poor service, and as I have stated, its very concerning to see that I am not the only one to struggling to get a deposit returned.
 
A word of warning to anyone considering using David St James - AVOID.
