Disgusting Services

I moved into property in April 2015, the property was dirty when I moved in remedial work was promised to be carried out on a couple of areas, I have continued to call the local office Luton, but no joy i am now calling the maintenance office
based in Leighton Buzzard yet again they promise to look into my query and call me back, it is now November 2016. Two weeks days ago i spoke to someone that actually showed a bit more compassion and typed and sent off my query to a maintenance company to obtain a quote, they visited me two days later, the report has now been sent into connells, called them today and was told that they are trying to make contact with the landlord and will call back (Yeah right). I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you call up over the weekend the answer machine message tells you that they are shut for the easter holidays. This gives you a lot of confidence doesn't it.
