I'm sure all the nice people at Connells say all the right things - but when it comes to getting them to actually carry things out - they are less than helpful - well, let me qualify that - when taking my money they were really quick and worked hard....but now they need to give ME money, it is like getting blood out of a stone.
They need to train their staff better - make sure that clients know who they are dealing with and a named person - not just anyone who picks up the phone. They are too quick to say it's nothing to do with them and someone else (totally unheard of before this) should be contacted. of course, contacting that person is yet another set of hoops to jump through.
Once I have my matter settled I shall NEVER darken their doorstep or email account again - even if they have the best house on the planet!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE (if you value your sanity!)
