Then we were interested in a house which we were told allowed pets. We declared our pets from the start. We moved in to the house, we met the landlord which then explained that no pets were allowed in the property. He confronted the agent which then told him that we did not declare that we had pets. I made a formal complaint and after a few days they told the truth. We then had to pay for the house to be professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy which they refused to pay for.

We also signed a 12 month contract which allowed us to leave at 6 months with no cost to us. The landlord was not aware of this and thought it was a standard 12 month contract.

We have had nothing but trouble with this company and will be glad when we have nothing to do with them, will never use them again!
