Do not use Connells, they are useless, we had one viewing in 6 months and the people that were shown around were totally unsuitable, several cancelled viewings, having cleaned and tidied the house from top to bottom! I think they just made out that there were people interested to keep us going. The photos taken initially were absolute load of rubbish, and were begrudgingly changed! We also had to pay them a £180.00 get out fee, eventhough we had remained with them until end of contract.

Also do not whatever you do use their solicitors, having received the paper work from them found that they would have been a total rip off too! three times the price of a normal solicitor!

Do not use Connells you definately will not sell your house with them, but they will screw money out of you anyway!
