Terrible. Do you know the carachteristic Salesman everyone has in mind? Here you are: so kind before you pay, absent and careless right after you sign.
We should have noticed that when they let us waiting for 1 hour the first day, did not turn up when we first went to the agency to speak with the manager.
The agent lied since the beginning, saying furniture and television were included but after moving in, we discovered were not there. Whenever we had problems they were able to disappear. Once, the boiler stopped working on Wednesday and we did not have anyone answering the emails nor the phone until the week after. Yes we stayed 6 days without hot water in December.
Not to mention that for any query / small issue we had, it took ages to get really heard by someone at the agency.
As icing on the cake, we had to repeteadly contact them to know what was going on with our deposit. We sadly discovered they charged us £2,000 out of £3,000 we give them at the beginning. Among the reasons mentioned in the invoice, shoe marks on the living room wooden sill.
Make your own consideration when you speak with them. Think twice before going ahead
