Me and my partner are first time renter and decided to go through Bridgford letting (Bingley). Through their letting services via the internet we though we found a perfect place.

Today, was the day of the viewing so we drove from Manchester our current town to Cullingwoth, Keighley where we plan to move. When we arrived at the property we were extremely disappointed the agent didn't turn up, our appointment was at 2pm and we waited until 2.30pm. Before we left we had a look through the downstairs window to discover that the dimensions of the interior was much smaller that what was being advertised on the internet. We believe they have tampered with the property photos by stretching the photos in Photoshop.

When i got home i rang them and expressed my disappointment and anger about the agent not turning up, however the agent said that a voice mail message was left in the early hours, expressing they had to re schedule..... what a load of baloney.... Today i have received no voice mails, missed call or confirmation text expressing this information, however i did receive a confirmation text of my viewing date and time right after i made my viewing appointment (funny that). They also denied tampering with the photos even though i can prove it. In addition i asked for them to cover my travel expenses, obviously they refused.... SO i am going to take all my matter further, to show them that this sort of behavior is not acceptable nor professional.
