What a joke!!
From day 1 we complained about the broken bed and broken washing machine which didnt work. After 2 weeks they finally got someone to fix the washing machine, and the bed never got fixed in the 6 months!!
We handed our keys in last week, only to find out today they have charged us £220 out of our deposit for 'carpet cleaning' even though we fully cleaned the whole apartment before we left. That wouldnt have been so bad, but they did this without even telling us which is against the law! So will not be taking them to court. Might I just add, unlucky for them I am a letting agent so know all about it. There fee's are so expensive and for the service you get its day light robbery. So when the tenant has a problem they dont care, but as soon as they see a problem they charge you and dont even let you know!!!! NEVER USE BRIDGEFORDS LETTINGS!!! SCUMBAGS!!!!!
