“Arrogant”

Called Newton-Le-Willows office to arrange a viewing on a property, told i could only view if i could prove i had the cash to buy it. A bank statment saying i had that much money, never asked this before when arranging a viewing. Odd i thought, spoke to me in a very abrupt, grumpy manner. I called another Estate Agent who are also marketing the property and have a viewing arranged for Monday.
