Newcastle under lyme branch- what a joke!!

After phoning the agent for a viewing on a property we were told this was not possible unless we first went to see their mortgage advisor who wanted to charge us £265 to arrange a mortgage which the bank does for nothing! after realising this and not returning for a second appointment we were told we had an arranged viewing for the property..something what turned into a free for all..and approximately 4 other couples viewing the house at the same time..absolute joke. after deciding to put an offer on the property we then waited three days to never get an answer of wether our offer had being accepted or not..and having the complete nightmare of phoning every day to ask, and then no one ever returning our calls..and the only one that was, wanted us to put forward our largest offer for the property! after never being given an answer with regards to our offer we then found a public notice issued on the property via their website..with absolutely no communication from thereselves..as a first time buyer this has certainly given us a first time bad experience and i would ceretainly not reccommed these to anyone! the unfreindly manner and lack of communication has certainly put us off ever returning to this agent!!
