The Black Katz people are considerate, fast, thorough, and always terribly polite. Smiles and a light touch are copious. They do not go in for what I would call "hard sell," and they seem to think of everything. In this sense they anticipate needs.

You walk into their office and they are always extremely helpful.

Criticisms? None. I was completely satisfied with their service.
