My name is Roberto Yamato, I am Brazilian and am doing a PhD in Law here in London. I was looking for flats in London, and was really concerned because I was doing this from Brazil, even before arriving in the UK. I sent one email to Black Katz and, for my good suprise, an agent from Black Katz called me the day after - in Brazil!!!!! Aaron, the agent who called and helped me find a great flat, was really amazing, not only polite and smart, but very professional and efficient. He was fantastic and got me the perfect flat.
