I have visited this flat that i liked and have been told that it would be furnished with lightings and dresing table and beautiful sofas and shelves and table and desk...i told the agent that it was the first time that i am renting in London and he explained and made it very simple!
I made an offer of £375 and i paid the fees, i ended up having no choice but paying £400 per week for the flat, i have given all my documents asked and i had to pay the rent for the entire 6 months because it has not been said that my salary has to be put on my British account and not abroad.
The flat was all emptied of furnitures, and all what was left is 2 very ugly uncomfortable Ikea Sofas and 4 paper floor lamps...they are made of paper, it is not a joke, there are plenty of burns on the carpet and the bath was blocked, i got it fixed after 3 weeks.
there is a problem with the tap water that is not possible to fix after what the engeneer said informed me. i can not wait to find another flat and leave this place and never deal with black katz again. i would love the name of the agent who put me in this trouble is Nick i think an indien looking man that has been very arogant, and my friend informed me that when i had my offer on the flat, many people were visiting the flat, so i passed by once and there was mr Nick in his car and the woman waiting outside the flat and i asked her if she was going to visit the 1st floor flat and she said yes, at this point i have £2500 up front payment on this flat, i just did not get the keys yet, so something is defenetly not right with this agency.
I hope thsi will make you change your rules and staff and make thing better and more fair for tenants.

I am sorry that you have had reason to complain.
We work very hard at customer service which is why we get so many good reviews. Please provide your property address and we will look into the matter urgently.
Again my apologies.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
ANDREW BLACK

Good afternoon,
we have now had a full review of the matters raised.
1. The flat was on the market at £400 per week and you offered £375 which was refused by the landlord.
2. You were informed of what furniture was included with the flat.
3. As your salary was not paid into a UK bank account we had no choice but to ask that in order to proceed you would need to pay 6 months rent in advance. Furthermore, as you were unsure at to whether you could do this the flat was shown to other tenants as a back-up in case your tenancy could not proceed.
we are sorry that you are not happy with the service you received but feel we acted correctly and your comments are unfair.
Regards,
ANDREW BLACK
