Terrible agent

I put offer on the house, was accepted. They pressurize me to use their financial service, which I accepted. I met Mr. A Kakkar, their financial advisor, on 2 different occasions. It was useless. I couldn’t any competence in him. I decided to take another mortgage broker. After that Mr. Kasru Ali, agent was dealing with the case, tried continuously to cancel the deal. He was terrible. He was always treating there is higher offer than yours available. He was telling you should be lucky to get the House. Anyway after I paid for my mortgage, solicitor, valuation and survey. Based on survey report I asked for £5k reduction. On this stage they cancelled the deal and find another “offer”.
They caused to loose the house, pay around £2000, and affect my credit score and waste of 3 months time. Never deal with them. They are false and dangerous.
Before dealing with this estate agent read the independent reviews in various homepages. Ombudsman will deal with them.
